What exactly qualifies as "previously taken part in insurrection or rebellion" against the U.S? Going after Trump in a clear and corrupt power grab is unfortunately not the same as rebelling against the country, so how exactly can this be applied?
Now the whole aiding enemies bit has more teeth to it seen as China is considered a U.S enemy and they have their tentacles everywhere, and im sure we can find a few people tied up with Iran. But beyond that how exactly would this work from a legal perspective?

If the officials don't, my hope is that we have enough stone cold operators that justice is served regardless.
