True enough I suppose as far as the founders intentions, although let's not act like there was unanimous agreement on the path taken.
We really do need to fix our education system though. Math and science need to be taught more effectively, history needs to be taught more honestly (FDR, and Wilson are far from good presidents they are portrayed as), and we need to start teaching economics and money management.
