An acquaintance of mine, with contacts in the intelligence world, informed me that Deng Xiao-Ping did not really go into retirement, but used his free time to devise a 100-year plan, of how to make China the world's new superpower.
The plan is very structured, and increasingly secret, the higher up its time-line one moves, with its bottom being the 5-year plans. Only the top people know its top time-line. It's secret also to the Chinese functionaries, except its 5-year plans.
Based on observation and deduction, the following can be surmised: It is a plan, of how to;

a) bereave the West of its industrial base, and b) to transfer this to China,

a) bereave the West of its capital base, and b) to transfer this to China,

a) bereave the West of its scientific base, and b) to transfer this to China, and

a) bereave the West of its military base, and b) to transfer this to China.
China has already gotten a far way, on steps 1), 2), and 3).
They have even bought off the Democrats along the way.
Biden is compromised, and can not be entrusted even a cleaning job on the DoS, much less classified information.
Biden's whole family is compromised.
The President knows this.
The Republic is in jeopardy.
The President knows this as well.
Never has there been treason, to such an extent, on that level, in the American political administration.
And never has there concurrently been a more able, trustworthy American President.

Both chambers of our Congress are compromised. The Chief Justice, maybe others, of the Supreme Court are compromised. What's left, but the President? We the People!
