I agree, it’s shitty for our tax dollars to be going to other countries and I despise them for doing so. But in our corner of control as consumers we need to make noise about buying American and also follow through. Don’t just lecture people on it, but when you buy a product made in the USA start by proudly announcing to friends what you bought. Get boastful about buying American!

So when do we get a meaningful movement going to only buy American? Admittedly I haven’t put a lot of energy into only buying American (some products literally are not made here, automotive especially), though it does sway me toward buying a product if it says Made in USA.
