Honestly im starting to see that the left/right mantra has been a distraction to keep us arguing/fighting amongst ourselves while they plunder unabated.
We all want the same shit, just based on where we get our news from we argue about the method of achieving it.
Healthcare is too expensive, good jobs are few and far between, government is corrupt, big businesses have too much influence, etc
They think communism is the answer, but thats because they haven't ever heard the other sides (our sides) argument presented fairly.
I had an epiphany about a month ago, that nothing would make the swamp shit their pants more, than to see Proud boys/Patriots and BLM/Antifa stop fighting, stand together and set their sights on them.
Ill give the devil his due, ive got more respect for antifa than Mitch McConnell at this point. Some 120 pound soaking wet drama major will dress in all black and come out to the streets to throw down. And they don’t mince words, we know exactly where we stand with them.
Fuck commies, but after WW2, we didnt blame the german foot soldiers. We held the leaders responsible and gained an ally in germany after the war, at least until we let communism spread unchecked for the last 2 decades.
I was awakened to this during the primaries before Trump became the nominee. I have five siblings. At a family gathering, we discussed the candidates, and each of us had a different favorite. I thought this was extremely unlikely considering our beliefs and upbringing are exactly the same. So I called for a halt in the conversation and asked each sibling in turn what news they watch. Each one had a different source!
