I know one Senator and one Congressman are needed to challenge it, and if Biden gets less than 270 it goes to the House for one vote-per-state, but that's all I know.

Honestly don't know how things will go. Even if Trump is not re-elected, at the very least we need to have a Special Counsel and prevent the electoral fraud from happening in the future (notwithstanding GA, which I think is a lost cause).

If the Senators are liable for treason and no one does anything about it, then what difference does it make?
Also if the Senate falls as it looks likely to do in Georgia because the fraud is too much to overcome, get ready for mass amnesty for illegals and statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C. The country will be over.
My biggest concern is that we won't actually do anything to stop any of this.

Pence was on the Ticket along with Trump! Does he not care it was stolen from him also? I thought Pence was a man of his word and a Christian man? God hates stealing and lying, why would he not stop the criminals?
I thought so too, until I heard he was trying to stop the Gohmert lawsuit. If he doesn't succeed with that, who knows what will happen.
Gohmert's lawsuit, while wonderfully intentioned and 100% correct, is going nowhere. There is zero chance SCOTUS will even hear it. So by coming out against it, Pence solidifies his image as a Boy Scout who is blindly going to follow the rules and read the votes and declare Biden President on the 6th. Even though that is never going to happen. A great piece of misdirection that lulls the opponent into a false sense of security, worthy of Sun Tzu himself.
