I'm fairly certain it's because of the Georgia Runoff taking place on the 5th. I don't think that certain actions can be taken as long as that it still ongoing. As soon as its over thought it'll be wild. Unfortunately this has left a very tiny window of opportunity for GEOTUS to present his case. So we need to do our part and make it so big it can't be ignored.
