Yes, 7 states including mine sent alternate slates. HOWEVER, none of those slates are certified by the state legislature, and THE STATE LEGISLATURE HAS THE PLENARY POWER HERE. The biden slates are the certified ones. The others have been submitted legitimately, as alternate slates.
So, to get full coverage, everyone who lives in these states need to keep the pressure on the state legislature to decertify the biden slate and certify the Trump slate. THEN nobody can force biden on us. Otherwise, it does come down to Pence and Congress.
As it stands now with 2 slates for these states, Pence can choose a set. But then the senate and house have the right to object etc. If the states themselves do the right thing, we are golden.
That isn't the full extent of it, however. Pence can just as easily choose to not count any electors from all swing states that chose not to conduct lawful, constitutional elections. This is NOT based on fraud. This is on the basis that State Legislatures, alone, hold the power to change election laws. Seeing to it that the swing states skipped over that step, and changed laws through the SoS, ect. and not through legislature, Pence could choose to not count those states entirely, and that is when it would trigger the 12th and the House would vote based on the 1 vote per state. Unconstitutionally held election = unconstitutional set of electors sent from said state. I don't even think the representatives of those states get a say, just that simply there is more Republican states vs Dem states, so Trump would be elected.
Yep, and I hope he does so. Last I checked AZ actually changed the laws properly, but I know several states didn't. Right now, evidence is just piling up here. these canvasses are beyond ridiculous, though far worse in Maricopa and Pima than in some of the other counties.
Yeah I was able to watch AZ the other night, so many w/ testimony and too many to let speak. Yet, precedence shows that even with a small handful of affidavits, those cases all received evidentiary hearings - yet these cases, some have over 50 sworn affidavits and that 'isn't sufficent' to at least take a look at it. That's blatant admission in my book.
Yep. But what we should do is get hold of USPS mail records. because with those we can nail people (unless of course USPS is in on the fraud in states).
This all hinges on mail in ballots. Which means if those ballots physically exist *at all *(and I can think of at least one way they wouldn't), then USPS knows everywhere they went. And didn't go. Or, who they got returned to when undeliverable, if not the county recorder's office.
Yep. But it is a legal option, and so we are working on it regardless. If nothing else the canvass here is forcing the state to acknowledge the voter rolls are absolutely fucked, and the affidavits are laying grounds for the citizens here to do something about it.
If we can find proof of complicity in fraud by specific elected people, or government employees, then the citizens will have a hell of a lawsuit to mount. Finding that would be a dream come true of course, since these asshats are not stupid.
However, the 800 pound elephant in the room is the mail in ballots. At least here in AZ, and I would guess elsewhere. Consider: we know if you mail something to a non existent address or person, and it has a return address on it, it gets returned to sender as undeliverable. So, in theory, the county recorders' offices should have gotten back thousands of undeliverable ballots.
Which leads to questions. If they were returned, then those outer envelopes should be stamped undeliverable. Who intercepted them and filled them out? If they were NOT returned, were they even mailed in the first place, or do they only exist electronically?. If the first is the case, then there may be plenty of evidence regarding commission of flat out fraud in these offices. If the latter is the case, then we need to get our hands on those damned machines, and the physical ballots, so we can show that thousands of votes do not exist in one form or another.
I would bet that IF we could obtain access to the physical evidence, we would find a real shambles. At which time the states would have 0 choice legally but to decertify. Because if you do not have ballots, you didn't have a fucking election.

I am talking to people about this today.
then we have to remove Camelier
there is also the problem in that not only are the GOP electors not certified, they are not backed by majority of the legislators.
PA I think is a few dozen out of 200+
