That isn't the full extent of it, however. Pence can just as easily choose to not count any electors from all swing states that chose not to conduct lawful, constitutional elections. This is NOT based on fraud. This is on the basis that State Legislatures, alone, hold the power to change election laws. Seeing to it that the swing states skipped over that step, and changed laws through the SoS, ect. and not through legislature, Pence could choose to not count those states entirely, and that is when it would trigger the 12th and the House would vote based on the 1 vote per state. Unconstitutionally held election = unconstitutional set of electors sent from said state. I don't even think the representatives of those states get a say, just that simply there is more Republican states vs Dem states, so Trump would be elected.
Yep, and I hope he does so. Last I checked AZ actually changed the laws properly, but I know several states didn't. Right now, evidence is just piling up here. these canvasses are beyond ridiculous, though far worse in Maricopa and Pima than in some of the other counties.
Yeah I was able to watch AZ the other night, so many w/ testimony and too many to let speak. Yet, precedence shows that even with a small handful of affidavits, those cases all received evidentiary hearings - yet these cases, some have over 50 sworn affidavits and that 'isn't sufficent' to at least take a look at it. That's blatant admission in my book.
Yep. But what we should do is get hold of USPS mail records. because with those we can nail people (unless of course USPS is in on the fraud in states).
This all hinges on mail in ballots. Which means if those ballots physically exist *at all *(and I can think of at least one way they wouldn't), then USPS knows everywhere they went. And didn't go. Or, who they got returned to when undeliverable, if not the county recorder's office.
