A user on the Matrix server shared a screenshot of DC travel restrictions this morning, showing the rules they've made because of the China virus. Basically, you “can't” get in without showing a negative test. Some people said they'd get tested so that the enforcers have no reason to tell them to leave.
Come on, man! DC local government is clearly going to use whatever rules they can to discourage us. Why would we listen?!
When the government uses the law to box you in and prevent you from responding, you need to seriously think about how “law-abiding” you're willing to be.

When people start showing up en-masse my the 10,000's then what are they going to do? turn them all around? Doubt it. It's NOW OR NEVER!
We're not going there just to turn around!
Because if some people get arrested they can't afford the fines, can't take off work for a court date and most likely will get fired if their employer finds put they were arrested because it hurt their public image
