This might not seem like a lot of extra votes, but multiple that by dozens of people doing the same thing for hours, and you end up with thousands upon thousands of stuffed ballots. They didn't just do one avenue or fraud by dumping one injection of tons of ballots, they did all the avenues of fraud. to spread it out. That way if one fraud was discovered and something done about it, they'd have the other methods they used to fall back on.

You might say that at that rate it would be pointless fraud, but at that rate, it would be pointless counting, because if she was held up that long, at that rate she would be hundreds of ballots behind schedule after some time.
