I know exactly how you feel! I believe in a pre-Tribulation rapture, but I still want normal life back so badly. All I can tell you is that God has a plan. He loves you so much and He is still in control.
A teacher is always silent during a test. Sometimes it's the same with trials. God wants us to see our faith tried and proved golden (not for His benefit but for ours), so He gives us an opportunity to have faith through difficulty. It's not easy though, and we can't do it in our own strength. Pray and ask Him to give you the faith and the grace you need to get through this. I promise that even if He feels far away, He is right there.
I'm struggling too, but the only way either of us will find peace is by clinging to our Savior. <3
