Especially important because Healthcare is the largest sector with government regulations. The government has absolutely obliterated healthcare costs but now they will be held accountable, or at least, transparent.
what if u just tell them niggas nah im good n toss em 150 n say thats da most ur paying what then ?? what is da doc finna just roll up to ur crib with da bill lmao? tell that nigga to step tf back brah
If you don’t pay a hospital bill, they will send you letters from collections agencies and call you on the phone asking for a payment. As long as you don’t tell them who you are (i.e. your name or where you live), they can’t actually do anything to you; they can’t take you to court, they can’t lower your credit, etc. If glowies weren’t here watching, I’d tell you how I know 😉
Note: the phone calls almost always start off with “Hi is this [name]?” Of you ask who is calling, they will say “I’m calling in regards to a personal matter with [name] so I can only tell you if you are [name]”. If this happens to you, do NOT tell them your name. Then they can’t do anything to you lol
They need confirmation that you are who you say they are. As long as you don’t tell them, you should be in the all clear. My credit keeps on going up despite all that I’ve done lmao
Thats huge! Hospitals obfuscate prices and rip off everyone. This is excellent news

Like $200 for a goddamn Tylenol.
Have the misfortune of having no insurance, and have to go to the hospital for an hour and end up owing a $2,500 bill. It's ridiculous.
That's when a game of catch me if you can starts.
