Conspiracy of Silence was a documentary set to go in 1997 that went into this. It was pulled at the last minute. You might can still find it on Youtube or Bitchute. Goes into the Boystown stuff in Nebraska, flying kids into Washington DC. Snuff films and awful stuff. Been going on a long time.
Same way they do in Hollywood, Rap business, etc. Power brokers don't rat on each other when they both engage in mutual shared taboos. As society degenerates - there are fewer and fewer taboos that have that power. Think of what those could be and that's where we are; ie., who we are fighting.
