Those that managed to escape China before the crackdown started a few news channels like NTD and Epoch Times in order to disseminate the news happening inside mainland China without being censored or suppressed. Some of their stuff at the bottom of the hour seems a little weird, but that's because the show (up until this point) was aimed at Chinese expatriots. So some of their articles, like weather anomalies in China, etc., have significance to Chinese people that is lost on Westerners. Other than that, they've been pretty good, and nobody hayes the CCP more than NTD News.

It's been pretty based when I watch it. I think they're "dissidents", if it makes you feel better.
At this point I trust them over say, I dunno, Fox.
I know it does feel like actual news, it’s just fucked up if we have to get our news this way in the US.
