At any rate, where on their twitter? I looked through Rasmussen's posts the few days before this but can't see anything like this. They had a report saying 47%, but that was on November 20. They had a post about Trump on Christmas saying "about half" but that was in reference to that poll. What specifically are you referring to, or are you lying too?
