My take is that Lin Wood is warning that at 12:01 pm tomorrow he is going to release photographic proof of child rape by Roberts and Breyer, unless they have resigned.

There's a third possibility: he's wilfully telling some truths and some lies in order to draw lawsuits that would lead, in discovery, to finding evidence confirming the truths but also the lies. He would likely be found guilty of defamation, but his few lies told could uncover many more truth's. He could be making himself a sacrificial lamb for the truth's sake.
