Wow. Seems a lot of these lawsuits are getting the no standing treatment because either judges are being threatened, or are cowards.

My understanding was that they were trying to force Pence to not accept fraudulent ballots as legit.

They were fairly concrete in their dismissal as saying Pence's job is only to open the elector ballots, not to rule on validity of ballots or anything else of that nature.

No one has standing. The power is Plenary from the highest law of the land, the Constitution of the United States of America.

Only after he does something will anyone get anywhere, and that is because they are willing to trample the constitution in their grasping of power.

Did Pence and the DOJ not already clarify here that the lawsuit was directed at the wrong defendant? Suing the VP to increase the VP’s power doesn’t make sense. Gohmert should have refiled with Congress as the defendants instead of doubling down.
