I was mostly thinking about the state-based lawsuits. But I think this was our last constitutional avenue regarding Jan 6th (i.e. Pence has to reject the false electors because of the litigation against him). Now he has no reason to reject them, because the compelling risk isn't a factor anymore.
You need to read the actual law. He can entertain an objection as long as both a rep and senator object. The houses then vote if both reject it goes to him. The house will not and the Senate will have only one objection, maybe three.
