It does look staged. My first thought was that it is showing the absurdity of the rule to wear as mask to walk to your table only to take it off and how foolish everyone is who thinks it makes sense. Then it started to look like they were painting us "anti-maskers" in a negative light, but everyone on the "pro-mask" side still looked like complete idiots. I can't tell anymore! Clown world is soooo dumb to live in!
