S. 3418, the “Safeguarding Tomorrow through Ongoing Risk Mitigation Act” or the “STORM Act,” which authorizes the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide capitalization grants to States to establish revolving funds to provide hazard mitigation assistance to reduce risks from disasters and natural hazards.
The thing is, it means a lot for setting up the US infrastructure in general to be less manipulatable in all the ways that the Left has been trying to manipulate. It will allow for stabilization of electrical infrastructure, safeguards against EMP type attacks, all sorts of other things. Yes, the voting systems have also been called infrastructure a few times. The Left tries to prey on our already failing infrastructures through riots and protests and I believe even things like the rampant sanctioned homelessness and roving anarchic populations in cities like SF and Seattle and illegal immigration in order to allow crises that let in bad actors who they are in league with and so they can make more centralized power grabs when that happens. This seems like a great first step towards stopping that.

Like stolen elections?
Or riots by terrorist organizations? (Antifa)
Possibly bypass $2k Covid thing?
What the fuck
So POTUS' workaround for deploying federal troops under state conditions is FEMA.
Fucking brilliant move. Doesn't need the Insurrection Act.

It’s a simple announcement. Is there more to the act than what’s here?
Very intriguing!
