No, just an Air Force "expert" who flipped out not knowing it was the largest sir exercise that happens twice a year. He may have known something at one point but he doesn't keep up with anything current when he missed the fact that it was WSINT. theres 2 tier zero exercises in all of the AF, BOTH are WISINT.
I've watched a ton, hes a larp. He didn't even know it was WSINT and freaked out about the increased air traffic.
