Militia groups have been preparing for this shit for YEARS. I'd say there is enough of them prepped, not to mention all the vets, to be able to quickly organize. And if you read the link further up re the Red Team Planners for Civil War I would imagine that it is something the authorities do not want because THEY WILL LOSE.
