A Trump-appointed judge sides with a Trump-appointed Vice-President to harm the President’s interests.
Don’t blame the Democrats at least they acted in their own interests.
If GOP and Trump supported and/or appointed Governors, Secretaries of State, election officials, judges and Trump supported elected officials at all levels would have simply done their duty, our President’s re-election which actually occurred on Nov 3 would have been validated weeks ago.
Pence does not agree the VP can determine which slates of electors are valid on Jan 6th, thinks his role is just to read the certified results, i.e. lead a ceremony to officially declare Biden the victor.
The suit against him was asking the court to clarify that the VP can make the determination. By dismissing the suit, it appears to side with Pence.

Not true. It just isnt smart to give the courts that power to limit the vp beforehand.
For the track record shows, he might just use his power and watch the scotus let him
I do hope so.
Well, there it is. Pence did not act.
