I just use Opera on my phone, and Edge browser (Chromium based) on my laptop. I have a few extensions I like to run. Ublock, Privacy Badger, and Decentraleyes. General run VPN on my laptop and I put a Pihole on my network to aid in blocking ads and trackers. I double up with VPN and Tor if I really don't want my browsing snooped on.
