They closed the streets to 3rd st nWEST when they need it closed to 3rd st nEAST. There are two blocks of buildings east of the Capitol all connected by tunnels. Don't need them slinking away unseen.

Alex Jones says the crowd will gather in front of the White House and then march to the Capitol for the 11am main event. As long as you park just west or south of those closed streets you are a 20-50 minute walk to either site.
