I have read so many things and comments and I am still not 100% sure I know how the process works since I’ve read many conflicting things. Does anyone feel like they have a really good grasp on how this is likely to go down and want to share? Some are saying Pence can (will he?) object to the votes coming from fraud states, and then it goes to a House vote (1 vote per state). This is what I was hearing initially a month or so ago. Now Gohmert is suing Pence and people are saying it will go to 2 hours of debate and both House & Senate have to vote. Still seeking some clarity and would appreciate help.

If you have conflicting electors. It should be forced into the state legislature vote. If pence counts all the votes, trump will end up with more votes. Both over 270... which would invoke the legislatures to need to vote.
