Hierarchy can benefit from buttresses which diverge from the center. But choke the spring, implode the well, and eventually all will die. The still water will fester, and the culture will degenerate and then quickly smother itself. That is until a wiser culture moves in to revitalize the desert.

It's not ABOUT degeneracy, it's about freedom and restoring that freedom. As a result, people are free to be LGBT. But the momentum is not about them.
