Debatable. If you're able to be pleased then the male member, then it's possible it could be "homo" if you're able to be pleased in homosexual sex. But even if it's not and you only partner up with an actual woman, you are, at the very least, a "bottom."
Presumably for those who aren't gay/bi, the psychological aspect would mean that even if they enjoy prostate stimulation, it would have to be by a female. All the non-butt stuff available to both genders (hand jobs, oral, etc.) aren't necessarily straight just because most practitioners are straight. If a man is forcibly jacked off by another man but doesn't enjoy it on a psychological level, his body just responds, I think it'd be a stretch to call him gay.
