yeah i think the big mistake was made by Truman. He turned the wartime OSS into the CIA. We started to lose control from that moment to a shadow government.
Obviously the bankers and others were doing damage before then but the CIA does not keep us safe like in spy movies. They create trouble around the world and with the computer age are involved more heavily than ever in being kingmakers. I see JFK assassination as a coming of age event for the deep state and HW taking the presidency as clowns in america now fully in charge.
Most everything we call "deep state" could also be called "robber baron backed".
Everything foundational to the deep state goes back to the Rockefeller Foundation, and more recently other psychopaths have realized that Private Foundations are the one true path to get into the big club.
