Trump's goal is not just to win this election, or to just thwart the deep state, but to be able to rebuild the government with people he can trust. Those who do the right thing just because they were pardoned, are not going to keep doing the right thing in the future. They will go back to their old ways.

By the time this is done, every single person will need to take a stand - either for good or for the evil. You cannot get past this sitting on the fence. And the evil will be completely routed out and a new beginning can start
