EDIT: ***DON'T FORGET TOMORROW 1/3/2021 IS HERO, KYLE RITTENHOUSE'S 18TH BIRTHDAY. HIS OFFICAL DEFENSE FUND SITE IS https://www.freekyleusa.com/ ****

Due to contractual obligations, I have had to sit on this information for a while. My contract is now up, so here we go!

This information may not be new to people, but I do believe some people will be shocked to learn that Harley-Davidson is a woke/liberal company.

Over the course of my time with the company I have slowly witnessed the decline and I truly feel they are a company who should "get woke, go broke"

-They are HORRIBLE to their Dealerships. Dealerships pay upwards of a million(s) of dollars to maintain their license with Harley-Davidson, and then Harley-Davidson dictates every single thing a dealership is allowed to do in their store. Even down the the placement of their shelving. If this is NOT done to their ridiculous standards, they pull the Dealership's license.

-I firmly believe they are attacking Midwestern dealerships intentionally. I work with every dealership across the US and over the course of my time with them, I have seen dealerships, without reason, lose their license with Harley-Davidson. This is done at random with no warning. One day a dealer owner will wake up and Harley will just say "you can't use our name anymore"... With no cause. But, over the past two years, I have seen a rise in only Midwestern dealerships being forced out of their contract with Harley-Davidson. I don't know why they're targeting SUCCESSFUL and old family dealerships, but they are and these families don't have the ability to speak up about it. A family Dealership I work with owns two locations and without reason Harley-Davidson told them to pick one and close it. These Dealerships have been in business for over 30 years.

-Four years ago Harley-Davidson implementend an art policy that was so absurd, this was the beginning of the decline in my eyes. Many dealerships have animal mascots. Dogs, Beavers, Frogs and Alligators. Four years ago we received notice that products featuring the Harley-Davidson name were no longer allowed to show animals doing things that animals don't actually do, such as riding motorcycles... The dealerships fought back together and Harley rescinded their decision and then said okay that animals can be depicted riding motorcycles, BUT only if they're wearing helmets... Okay whatever.

-After the animal thing, art was slowly being denied if a motorcycle (even a cartoon picture) didn't feature indicators, rearview mirrors or break lines. .... okay, whatever

-Then, classic pin-up girl art MUST be wearing proper riding attire: jeans, boots and helmets....

-Two years ago, Chicago area dealerships, which generally use Al Capone art, could no longer feature his famous cigars. All of the art had to be revised to remove Cigars and Smoke from the art.

-Not long after the cigars came the bullet holes. Art could no longer feature bullet holes

-Next was weapons of any type. This is where I realized how far left they leaned...

-A dealership that I worked with in a heavily populated Native American area received approval from a local tribe to use a symbol of the tribe that is historic. Harley-Davidson denied its use because it feature an Arrowhead... No Weapons!! They said.

-Dealerships are no longer allowed to use the Confederate Flag in their art

-A dealership in Alabama uses art featuring Robert E. Lee, they have time and time again attempted to deny this art, but when the dealership asks for a reason, they give no reason and then just give in and approve the art.

These last two are specifically things I think people should be aware of.

-Recently a Dealership in Florida attempted to use art featuring the shape of the state of Florida. This was denied because.... The shape of the state looks like a weapon. Some of you may be thinking that this version of the state was possibly manipulated to look more like a weapon. But, I promise you it wasn't. I pulled up maps and compared the state shape being used to what was on the map and they were IDENTICAL!!!

But, the one that really hit me hard recently...

-A Dealership in the Midwest uses art that is very patriotic. A beautiful field, a vibrant American Flag depicted as the sky and a silhouette of a battlefield cross (the soldier kneeling in front of the rifle standing in the boots with the helmet and dog tags on top.) This art was flat out denied. Likely because it features a weapon, but honestly... Nothing would surprise me anymore.

Take this information for what it's worth, but I know the next motorcycle our family purchases will NOT be a Harley.
