The media is what ties Trump's hands the most. They are poised to jump on anything he does as evidence that he is literally Hitler, knowing that a great many normies will jump on too. I hope the first arrests are Eric Schmidt, Mike Bloomberg, and Zuckerberg. All are key pillars of the false narrative and no one loves them enough to be upset. Hollowing out the narrative machine would give the right a chance.
