That's on purpose, they toss us a weak layup score two points and then say, "we'll at least we gave you this, at least you get something" then let the Dems push 98% of their agenda...They are splintering though, you see this rather clearly now that almost all of the GOP house is contesting, if the numbers are true it's sitting at 125 and Likely more.. That's clearly a revolt in the GOP, now that Hawley has agreed it's the first time in American history a sitting senator has disputed the certification of a presidential election..
Mitch is now caught between a rock and a fucking hard place, if Trump is able to present solid and easily digestible evidence it puts the entire GOP in a losing position if they choose to ignore it..
It may leave Mitch with no other recourse than to dispute as well...

Wouldn’t other senators be objecting too, like Ted Cruz?
Ted cruz and about 6 others are objecting as of this morning. See the sticky for more.
These last minute objectors are just hedging their bets. They know it about to get wild.
We have been living under a uniparty for decades
I hope the progressive populists burn the dems down.
That's just not accurate about Hawley being first, but that's not a bad thing. It's been done before, there is precedent.
