He's been talking to various counties(some of which he's done work for in the past with accounting stuff) about these voting machines. Basically he's been investigating Dominion. So yeah whatever needs to be done.
Anyone with even the slightest care for this country would do whatever it took, including holding your nose and saying they are awesome! They are the "last hope" contingency plan no matter what. If he saves their bid, they owe him. There is no downside to supporting them fully.
