Well i did. And some said they see some ... especially in the big cities and around them ... working especially in construction and as janitors . 23000 isn't that many after all. But yeah ... the point wasn't about the migrants ... the point was about the society ...and the government.
Instead of letting this businesses ... either adapt and rise the salaries to bring all the romanians back from abroad or let them go bankrupt ... they opted to bring some foreign workers to out-compete them.

Edit: As a sidenote ... i once had a conversation with a romanian friend ... which is a chef ... and he WAS defending this because the business he was working at had some foreigners from some asian country.
They are very few. Those 23000 people you talk about are not refugees they are people that came for work and have work permits. They dont get to stay here. And a big part of them are Romanians from Republica Moldova.
