Let me try: Ted has been given marching orders by Kate Brown to prepare to overtly engage any patriots who attempt to handle their attempts to subvert the rule of law, in light of the sudden uptick of patriot action in OR. He calls out Antifa since there's no way to hide the destruction they've caused to date, but he goes on to say he's going to use more extreme force against ANY SORT OF VIOLENCE.
