I used to think the Dems in Cali were stupid but they aren’t. They crashed these communities on purpose so they could blame it on Repubs and pave the way for the CCP to further entrench themselves there.

They crashed these communities on purpose so they could blame it on Repubs and pave the way for the CCP to further entrench themselves there. buy up all the real estate and rule the state with an iron fist.

Yup. You fixed it for the pede you responded to.

IGfodder 11 points ago +11 / -0

Its trickling over into other states too, I can't even afford a home anymore in my small rural area because demand is so high due to the fact that starter homes aren't being build anymore. All anyone around here has options for are the 500k 4 to 5 bedroom 3 baths that are built and stay vacant, waiting for the California's who sold their shitty 2bedroom to come swoop up. Its obvious thats why too, the average income for my area is 41k a year, im making 46k. Its super frustrating.

Have you ever noticed that all new construction is "luxury"? There's a reason for that, and it has to do with laws passed by Democrats decades ago about "housing fairness," with luxury apartments being exempt.

1
IGfodder 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yup. Its completely unnecessary and I genuinely believe its designed to keep they poor where they are. Also to further weaken the nuclear family, if people can't afford a home and are stuck in a tiny ass apartment with 2 kids or stuck at their parents home they tend to become stressed and irritable or less likely to start a family in the first place.

1
BigIronBigIron 1 point ago +1 / -0

Looking at the modern world I'd say the intention, of this law and countless others, was to demographically destroy America for the benefit of the Democrat donor class and its imported base, whom they prefer. They've succeeded in their goal.

2
IGfodder 2 points ago +2 / -0

Agreed. Evil fucks.

SmartCookie 4 points ago +4 / -0

Same up here north of Seattle (within “commuting” distance). Small, quiet, family-oriented town: 2 years ago, two or three bedroom, two baths, solid built older houses sold for just about $300,000. Now same house sells for $450,000 to $550,000. New construction starts at $650,000.

Thanks Aunt Tifa and BLM.

2
IGfodder 2 points ago +2 / -0

10 years ago you could buy a 3bd 1 bath home here with about 1300 to 1400 sqft for 120k. Now those same homes are pushing 300k. Those prices are sky rocketing because of the lack of new starter homes. Its fucking bullshit. They don't build for locals anymore, they don't care about the people who's hard work keep the state afloat.

They did this in Detroit decades ago. Detroit was thriving with manufacturing jobs. Outrageous tax increases and regulations pushed businesses out. They’ve been blaming republicans for Detroit’s demise ever since.

5
TheTuckerDiaries 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yep, Dem machine is the grim reaper. Can’t believe we normalised this so long but we’re now. There is still time to fix this, we just need to really want it bad enough.

2
Tr3nchesPT 2 points ago +2 / -0

The point of crushing these communities is to make them dependent on government gibs and vote democrat forever.

It's why they love the lockdowns and do nothing about rising crime rates.

It's their goal.

Cali is especially sad. California won the geographic lottery. The valley has some of the best growing conditions on earth (soil, seasons, etc). The rest of the state has moderate climate year round, hundreds of miles of coast, mountains, redwood forests, beaches, Yosemite, access to ports and pacific markets, etc. I would love to move from PA to Cali and not have to deal with shitty cold weather. I know people with severe allergies that have moved to Palm Springs and have been much healthier as a result.

It sucks to see the left screw up a state with such great potential.

TAIWANNUMBERONE 12 points ago +12 / -0

Almost like they infiltrated it on purpose to take advantage of the location or something.

6
readyIgnite 6 points ago +6 / -0

Did the reverse move. Enjoying the shitty cold weather of PA. Rode my snowboard from my front door to the mailbox, the little things make the grass greener. Eventually I'll tire of wherever I'm at. An aggressive bum hasn't thrown cup of unknown liquid on me this week, enjoying PA right now.

Democrats are cancer and Republicans are AIDS. One makes the host thinks it is benign while the other weakens the host's defenses.

Colorado isn’t far behind. I read that a family of three to live comfortably (a decent house in the burbs, reliable vehicles, enough $$ for bills/taxes, etc) household yearly income needs to be around $190,000. I first moved to CO in 2004 - single income of $52,000, family of three, and we did okay. Dems are destroying this state.

I respectfully disagree. I think you can live comfortably off less than that, but it is definitely is getting worse every year.

2
deplorabillybot 2 points ago +2 / -0

Sure you can, but there a lot of variables involved. If you go with the average Colorado home price, that’s over $400,000. Average car costs over $30,000 - most families own two. Add things like dining out, vacations, entertainment, savings, etc. Factor in the high taxes and the huge increase in inflation caused by the $15 min wage law, you’re getting pretty close.

But have Californians actually been voting en masse for this? With the blatant Dominion fraud, we have literally no way of knowing!

1
Theredpump555 1 point ago +1 / -0

This commie ideology is attracting people just like the cannabis and gay movement had everyone move to California because of the rumors of acceptance... I'm tempted to put out free housing for commies but actually have a reeducation camp with free dental...

UnstableGoat 5 points ago +5 / -0

I live in midwest and have a few relationships that live(d) in California and here’s the current status:

I’ve got parents who moved out there literally looking to sell their retirement home and have already identified land in a couple of different states to purchase and build their next retirement home in if Newsom completes the “60 days establishes residency” legislation he’s promising.

I’ve got a friend from high school who moved out to CA after college who now moved to Indianapolis from CA this year and another (super cliche lib who did the super cliche lib thing) who moved out to CA a decade ago now move to Austin TX this year.

People are fleeing.

Well as a California native, I think california is red and media is lying to us... I live in northern california and fund the state of jefferson because If we all leave then this will for sure turn into china. To beat california is to split it... Soy boys and Karen's don't live in the mountains towns where it takes two hours to get to a Walmart or a jamba juice...

BorisovitchOslav 4 points ago +5 / -1

Maybe we don't only need a wall at the Mexican border, but another one against California!

9
Gesirisi 9 points ago +9 / -0

No, we need to get rid of the commies. California is not only immensely beautiful, but it's a coastline state and thus integral for shipping and trade. The commies can't have it.

2
TheTuckerDiaries 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly. At the very least we must occupy Big Tech

4
BorisovitchOslav 4 points ago +4 / -0

Based Patriots allowed out of this hell, of course!

Any state not enacting laws against liberals and Californians is doomed.

1GodisGr8 3 points ago +3 / -0

2nd most beautiful place, the Florida Gulf Coast is for sure #1

-1
AmericaDown -1 points ago +4 / -5

Don’t worry, they’ll be ruining that soon enough

3
RedFoxOnFire 3 points ago +3 / -0

They'll flee the liberal hellholes they created and then vote for the same policies in your state.

1
Peart44 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly this!

2
Telluv 2 points ago +2 / -0

Did they ruin it or steal it? Make every legal vote count!

1
Peart44 1 point ago +1 / -0

Both!

2
Suicidal-cali-ped 2 points ago +2 / -0

I need to get out.

2
Monzie 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why wouldn't they want to scare out anyone who'd not comply? They want to control the state, and it's working.

2
meme_oil 2 points ago +2 / -0

sadly, yes, they are proud!

2
h4b1t 2 points ago +2 / -0

I was born and raised there but left commiefornia almost 20 years ago. My last hold out family has had enough and are moving to TX, luckily they’re all based,it just feels bad that the dems could absolutely ruin such a beautiful place.

2
jbDonuts 2 points ago +2 / -0

So many of those fleeing still love to drink Kool-Aid, they just don't want to pay the tab. Why would the commies be upset about this state of affairs? They have things SO perfected in CA, they are now able to export their destructive nonsense to bluer states.

1
booblitchutz 1 point ago +1 / -0

Drive out anyone with any kind of personal wealth and you have a purely vassal state where the elites can do whatever they want.

Think that’s not the plan all over?

1
10122046 1 point ago +1 / -0

Media blocks the info needed to get people to fight them while our voting machines are broadcasting...and “”rigged by them.

1
ChinaVirus19 1 point ago +1 / -0

The commies used California as a testing ground for what they want to do to the rest of the 49 other states. Texas and Florida thankfully ain't having it.

1
Fandigo 1 point ago +1 / -0

There is an enormous amount of land available but we are simply not allowed to use it because of the Democrats bowing to Agenda 21. This is why property prices are so high AND THE MAIN REASON why everyone is leaving or living below the poverty line. Its not the taxes, its not the regulation, these are minor, minor issues that a lot of other states already have anyway. Florida, for example has a population density DOUBLE that of California's per square mile, yet their property prices are less than half or even a quarter of what property costs here in a similar metropolitan area in California.

If you look at the map, there is basically NO ONE living just an hour outside of the major cities in Southern California. The problem is, there aren't a lot of roads or major freeways going into the inland areas of California, so there is virtually no development there. Meanwhile, the metro lines of New York city run HUNDREDS of miles outside of the city. You could easily travel 40 miles on the metro train in under an hour, while in places like San Francisco, you can only go, at most, 15 miles outside of the city. Talk about a bad deal for the tax payers of California!

I created a site here for us in California, please feel free to post! https://socal.win/civ/catalog.html/

I’ve been saying this all along and I hope it comes to pass:

Let them secede.

Then we invade them and reduce them to a non voting territory like PR.

Well I'm moving out of california when I can and all my democrat family are moving into california.... My house burned during August fires so it is reinforcing my decision. Çommiefornia is what it sound alike... Now they lose a business and more personal tax

They are ruining their states on purpose to drive real estate prices down so their C.C.P. overlords can come in and buy up the real estate cheap.

1
Kavantar 1 point ago +1 / -0

I left in 2009..already thought it was beyond horrific then. Can't imagine now. People in other states truly have no clue to the level of horrid corruption and immorality that occurs in California. It is beyond anything that happens in "fly over". It is pervasive and surrounds you in every aspect.

AmericaDown -1 points ago +4 / -5

Unfortunately, they don’t want out, they are being pushed out so their disease will spread and ruined all other places that are nice.
