At this point I'm fully inclined to believe a majority of Democrats, especially in blue states, get elected through fraud.
Fraud plus decades of demoralizing so less people vote. It's why this year Trump had the opportunity to win states like NY and California but they had to cheat with an algorithm and throw out votes.

Yup, the jungle primary system in CA means the choices are almost always Corrupt Democrat 1 or Corrupt Democrat 2.
They are trying to spread this system to other states that lean blue, so beware when you hear proposals for "non-partisan blanket primaries," and fight like hell to make sure that system doesn't get put in place in any more states.
They'll say it'll bring out more independent and nonpartisan voters, and put more power in the hands of the voters, rather than the parties; it's a lie; what you really get is California.
