Was watching the war room and Steve talked about this. They don't need the governors permission or anyone's permission to call a special session. They can do it by themselves at any time. I don't know their contact info but I assume go on the state's official website, the .gov website. Even if you're not from the affected states you should still contact them. If we get lots of people to contact them they might call a special session.
