So maybe this is fake vandalism. They tried awfully hard to NOT spray paint any brick which would be nearly impossible to remove 100%, without damaging the porous brick surface. Seems too courteous.
On the upper one you can see where they MASKED the brick off on the left side and the paint bounced off.
This is a stunt.

And do Pelosi and McConnell with all their millions not have at minimum a RING doorbell that would capture the vandalism in action? Weird. Most of my neighbors have some sort of camera monitoring our properties. Do these privileged people not have cameras set up? Seems weird we would not have any video of this taking place.
Next time they should print a ton of stickers with this image below and cover the door!

This can very well be just the profile of the frame. When you spray paint the rim from where you stand you won't get much paint on the brick behind it.

Just look at the letters. Its the same person. The "e" is very telling. You're not going to change my mind.
Also look at the 'g' which appears in different words but in the same style.
In both cases the person has taken care not to damage the surrounding wall. And then there's some smear on the ground as well.

don't need to look at just letters, they both have "RENT" and they not only draw the letters the same, but link them the same way too. Thats more constancy than my own handwriting.
OP assumes these are the same taggers who hit bridges and old buildings. They're not.
It appears to be same writer, the handstyles are identical the "H" is a dead give away (notice its all in the same flow) the only thing different is the cap on the spray can

It's not. If we are talking pure vandalism they would have lit the house on fire.
Minor crimes often go unpunished. The property damage was (somewhat) minimum and is unlikely to be cracked down on.
The same vandal did it twice because they weren't arrested the first time.

It wasn't staged. Minor crimes are under a threshold for penalty by law. The difference between a felony and a misdemeanor vandalism charge is the cost of repair.
The guy who pooped in Pelosi's driveway was arrested by BART Transit police at the direction of the DC Capital police since public defecation isn't a crime in San Francisco.
The context is a bit different. First of all, the dude livesteamed himself doing it, and was homeless. They probably knew who he was. Homeless people and police tend to bump into each other a lot.
Also, arrested doesn't mean he's getting charges. Homeless use jail like an overnight hotel.
