So maybe this is fake vandalism. They tried awfully hard to NOT spray paint any brick which would be nearly impossible to remove 100%, without damaging the porous brick surface. Seems too courteous.

the e's and g's give it away. You can try to copy someone else's handwriting, but those are way too perfect to not be the same person
