Don't get swept up in emotions. The difference between a mob and an army is discipline, structure, coordination.

I'm encouraging people all over to consider ways that they can contribute outside of an infantry role. If this turns into a prolonged occupation, we'll need supply lines. If things turn ugly, and I mean REALLY ugly, we'll need to get wounded and noncombatants out of harms way.

I'm trying to establish a small group outside of the immediate protest area to offer logistical support. We have to prepare for every eventuality. It's not enough to just show up and scream.

I've spent days studying maps of DC, including the most recent one showing planned road closures. I've decided on a rally point, and I've plotted routes to 5 evac zones, 2 of which are close enough to the action to serve as drop points for supplies.

Anyone interested in serving in this capacity, message me. I'd like to have 50 vehicles on standby, but we could manage with as few as 30. So far, I have 1.

Can you link to the map showing closures?

That is very astute! We need strategy, planning for all possibilities. I am without a car, so I don't know if I am helpful, but applaud your idea. If I could be useful, let me know.

Even if you don't have a vehicle, you can be eyes and ears inside. We're useless if we don't know what's going on. If anyone gets hurt or has any kind of medical emergency, we'll get them the help they need, but we need to know when and where it happens.

I'll just say when fighting tyranny or an occupying force, firearms are not the end-all-be-all of useful tactics and weapons.
