A common excuse for not coming to DC on the 6th seems to be not missing work. It’s one of our stereotypical weaknesses as a group, being responsible. If we coordinated a nationwide strike in addition to the protest on the 6th I think it might really open some eyes. I know it’s a tough sale, but we are the backbone of this society. Society would come to a standstill without us.
