Actually, I'm pretty sure CA went RED in 2020. The election fraud wasn't limited to just the contested states. Some reports say POTUS actually got 410 electoral votes and possibly every state except NY. Which, coincidentally, has had the biggest exodus of residents of any state.
I am with you that trump won the legal rightful electoral votes, but CA is not red. I live in Bay Area, among all my friends and acquaintance, I am the only one who does not have the mindset that trump is bad, Biden is not trump, so I vote for Biden. I can not have any reasonable discussion with any of my acquaintance if the name of the trump is entered the discussion.
I know that we've seen some crazy political stuff (massive crowds for Trump, Trump rally down Beverley Hills, etc.) but for every person that switched from Dem to Trump (I say Trump and not Repub because the GOP has shown itself to be the same as the Dems) you have at least 1 voter who was an illegal before, but made legal through several amnesty programs, who would gladly vote against Trump.
You don't need as much voter fraud, if any at all, in a place you've been allowed to demographically influence for a few generations now.
