How the courts don't jump into action as soon as a politician crosses the line is beyond me. An certain Hawaiian judge had no problem jumping into action in an instant. Gotta wait 6 months and pay them money to do anything
I agree that it's not up to the courts to grant us the privilege of enjoying our freedom.
Our freedom is a natural right, and instead of meekly defending us, the justice system should be going after those who violate our rights.
In defying the constitution, and trying to limit our freedoms (to travel, or do business), Mayor Adler is no different than a kidnapper, a thief, or a mob enforcer.
If this is ever going to change, then politicians who knowingly break the law (i.e. the highest law, the Constitution) need to go to prison!
