Don't forget his leaks to the media. Multiple counts of sedition and treason on his own.

And Wray did by sitting on the Laptop from Hell.

Anyone who covered it up committed treason. =) They were complicit in the act.

The term you are looking for is "Accessory after the fact"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accessory_(legal_term)#United_States

I think that falls under the conspiracy to commit treason.

2
deplorablebot 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes. An accessory after the fact bears similar responsibility for the crime as the actual perpetrator unless the involvement reaches the threshold of an actual conspiracy, in which case punishment could likely be identical for all conspirators.

Where is that rat now anyway and how many of these scumbags are overseas? Comey is the first guy to get tried for treason and Killary.

Ramasun 2 points ago +2 / -0

They all committed treason.

Problem: No one will prosecute, regardless of how much evidence is brought forth.

More than a sprinkle of treason, that's double dipping.

The CIA ran drugs from south america to the US through the airport at Mena Arkansas with the co-operation of then govenor of Arkansas, bill clinton. Part of the Iran Contra scandal. The clintons laundered the drug money through the clinton foundation using the HSBC bank.  James Comey was on the board of HSBC doing the money laundering. Check out the book "Crimes of Mena".  They got caught but the district attorney loretta lynch gave NO jail time and a wrist slap fine to the hsbc.  When bill clinton became president he made james comey, a drug money laundering banker with no police experience, head of the fbi and loretta lynch, attorney general.  With comey and lynch running interference the clintons ran a pay per play, money laundering, quid pro quo operation through the white house.  When bill got caught selling top secret missile tech to the chinese, james comey recommended no investigation and loretta lynch agreed.

And the same chinese hsbc that laundered clinton drug money, by james comey, is the same hsbc chinese bank that owns the dominion voting machine crown company, 70 york street, toronto, Ontario, canada.
