Pence takes the votes out of the envelopes and he keeps the votes from the fraudulent states in the envelopes.
Congress accepts the remaining votes, making Trump president-elect with 232 to 227/222 votes. (And obviously they will try to insist on the other votes.)

This is uncharted territory, and so everything is a bit murky. As the President of the Senate, VP Pence has jurisdiction over the proceedings and has a wide berth over what happens on the 6th. Many legal scholars agree that the President of the Senate has the authority to disregard the Electoral Count Act if he so chooses, and can dictate how the counting will be performed. As such, he would have the authority to go through all electoral votes, hear the contests, and choose to discard them afterward even without a majority vote from both chambers of Congress. The ECA is arguably unconstitutional and contradictory, which means that interpretation falls upon VP Pence (again, acting in his capacity as President of the Senate).

I agree that Chattanooga downtown is preferable to Nashville or Ktown. If you’re looking for a small-town feel, Cleveland is a great location, or Benton if you like rural. All are in relatively close proximity to the I-75 which can get you up and down the East Coast easily and the I-40 which runs East to West. Nice perk of TN: Mountains, 4 seasons and no state income tax. Transplanted here from the North 20 years ago. Great decision for us.

I NEED TN to get Marijuana legalized at least for medicinal purposes. I have tried every drug under the sun for my condition and current one gives me full body tremors, tinnitus and initially one hell of a panic attack and suicidal thoughts. Marijuana was the only medicine that could instantly flip me from being severely depressed and angry to calm and happy and most importantly it game me hope. Pedes when you truly lose hope and cannot see a way out it's bad. But it's illegal, expensive and I need to get back on the job hunt (hence me trying yet another drug that has me all fucked up). I'm at the point where I'm going to have to leave this state, my son, my parents and friends to go to a state that will not make me a criminal for using medicine that I could grow in my back yard dirt cheap.
