I’m not sure what would remove the BLM paint, but if enough Patriots descended on the plaza with enough “paint remover” and dissolved the paint, it would be epic. Is there a solution that would stay potent if carried is smaller plastic containers or water guns? This area has a constant police presence so this would be tough to accomplish without a massive crowd, but if enough of us sprayed a bit here and there while moving through the plaza would it work?

Just paint over it with black
That would be harder to do and more conspicuous, IMO. Also, symbolically, it would still be there. I’d rather it be removed.

NYC has/had several of those ‘murals’. The one by Trump tower was only one lane and pretty lame to begin with. It got splattered with paint many times while the cops were there. Eventually they gave up on it and it basically vanished last time I checked. The one in Bed Stuy Brooklyn was larger and closed the street all summer. The street is reopened now and the ‘mural’ is pretty much gone and faded. I can’t believe the one in DC is still a thing, That mayor is a witch.

Depends if it’s oil based or latex paint. Most of the harsh chemical strippers don’t work that great on latex paint. Some paint strippers use lye as their main ingredient. Lye and water might do the trick?
Actually, spray cans of aircraft stripper would probably work best. Can be found in the auto body sections of auto parts stores and Walmart. Used to use it to take paint off cars relatively easy. About 20 people each having a can could have it stripped in a matter of minutes.
