From the raw data that I used to create the graphs (the same data that is sent to the news outlets for reporting), it is obvious that they weren't counting individual votes for each candidate. They were storing a 3 decimal value of each candidate's percentage of the overall votes. So one entry at time X would look like:
POTUS 0.548 Sleepy 0.442 Jorgenson 0.010
There is no reason to store the count this way other than to rig an election.
Zero reason for those lines to ever go down.
